Jewish tradition teaches: “You are not obligated to complete the task, but neither are you free to desist from it” (Pirke Avot 2:21). I'm not Jewish but this speaks to me.
Cause of post-COVID inflammatory shock in children identified
Researchers… have identified that reactivation of a pre-existing, dormant infection with the Epstein-Barr virus triggers an excessive inflammatory response.
I'm working on a fiddly project and it's so detail-oriented and time consuming, it feels like it will never be done.
But remember, self, It will be! Every error I correct is one less error. I have to remind myself that each small change makes for a polished final version. Drip, drip, drip...
One day, I’ll look back and say, 'That struggle? It built me. It was necessary.' Success is on the way because I’ve earned it.
