I won't have much time this week for art so I did a quick recreation of my favourite scene in FFXVI. I'll redo it properly later since it isn't great but the goal is to revisit an old colouring process I used to do, which looks a bit grittier and washed instead of clean and defined

Finally finished it, and damn #ffxvi is a good fucking game.

I've gotten spoiled by #ffxvi and now I want Active Time Lore for everything.

Getting back into #ffxvi after focusing on #ffxiv for a while, and god damn that story is bleak.

- being worried about getting sick (I attended a conference with 700 ppl from all over the world and while I tried my best to mask up whenever possible it was, at times, impossible)
- some writing? I should be writing but new game is shiny

Skipped my daily dose of #TotK to give the #FFXVI demo a spin. It's give or take the first two hours of the game and your save data carries over.

I thoroughly enjoyed what I played. Even this early in the game the combat is already a step up from its predecessor. Cut scenes are well directed and the writing is compelling. Though I won't rush or shelve #Zelda for it, there'll be another promising game lined up next.

It's funny, but hearing news about how #FFXVI is going to be this big action-focused RPG with really tough fights makes me feel less interested in it's arrival, but hearing about new DLC coming eventually for #EldenRing THE action RPG with really tough fights of the last year makes me make the grabby-grabby-give-me hands. I guess it's just I want different things from different games.
