That was a lovely 11 mile hike. A fair bit of up but the down was actually worse. And though I started off with a woolly hat I really should have taken a sun hat and sunscreen

Back from a relatively short walk after recent efforts, with a long pause in a hidden oasis of calm, that is idyllic at this time of year and known to very few. It is the same location I posted from earlier. Here's a video for anyone who would like to take time to breathe by the little waterfall within the hollow (or, by all accounts, for those who need encouragement to pee

I almost forgot to post my latest peaceful space video. It's a little late now. Some might miss it. But I did promise to do so today, so I shall. This was at the water's edge of the river Dee in #Cymru, a beautiful river with a long Celtic history (her goddess is Aerfen). My destination was a village named Glyndyfrdwy, whose name means 'Valley of the waters of the Dee'. (Dyfrdwy variously reads as 'waters of the goddess'). Water goddesses are alive and well. Join her

I just couldn't manage a restful day. The tiredness from yesterday's walk soon wore off, so I took an 11 mile round trip stroll to the supermarket in a nearby town and back
But there were laaaaaaaaambs!
