I had previously raved about how good #Deliveroo customer service was and the positive experiences I had with them. Something appears to have changed because I'm now on the 5th day of escalation and complaints with them over cold food (As they sent a rider to do an extra pickup and drop off on a moped in freezing conditions with our food on the back (And the rider stated they were in a car which is didn't help)) and the restaurant sending us the wrong items which looks like an issue with their ordering system not matching the receipts... Usually deliveroo were cracking and would either have it re-made and sent to us or refunded, this time they've told me I'm not eligible. We tend to order from Deliveroo semi-regularly and usually on the rare occasion there is an issue they're great at sorting it but that has changed and I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the poor service now.
If you’re ordering #JustEat or #Deliveroo or #UberEats or local equivalent today, you’d better jolly well be tipping your riders double or triple. Workers deserve a good #Christmas too.
