What’s the most interesting or unusual word I’ve encountered?
I've always been partial to: triskaidekaphobia
(thanks to my dad) It's a fear of the number 13.

A1. This is probably not what you mean (I've heard of some really interesting words that encompass ideas we don't express in a single word in English but I can't think of them rn)
But I love the Japanese word "oishi" おいし which means tasty becuase it just sounds right.
