Japanese.
I've always wanted to visit Japan--I love the culture and the food. Then my niece Claire and her fiancee moved there, so bonus.

#Writephant A2. That's a tough one! I've been learning Japanese for two years, so it's tempting, but I also feel like I've made such strides.
I learned German in high school, Spanish in college, and a bit of Irish Gaelic about 10 years ago.
I think I'd like to learn a language that has fewer and fewer speakers to help keep it from dying.
