Question for comics fans: I have a vague memory of a panel from a comic where someone was confused when they walked into a fight scene and multiple Wolverines were there, including one actually-furry-and-quadrupedal mustelid . Can anyone tell me where it was from?

The opening scene in Logan*, ending with several hollow-point bullets being pressure ejected from Hugh Jackman's striated musculature into a low-grade motel's dirty porcelain sink, with a single digit body fat level of vascularity reminiscent of a hard DNP cut, is quite possibly the most enjoyably vicious and raw intro sequence to any Wolverine or X-MEN movie.

Further so, the same opinion applies to Logan's superiority (of opening scenes) over any of the MCU movies.

The tenor of the movie increases, finds additional plot lines, but that intro sure is a feel good thrasher.. and then we see just how sadly downtrodden Logan and Charles have fallen, psychologically and physically, and because of what? All because Charles refused to do what needed to be done on that beach back in the 1960s, out of a misplaced sense of flawed ethics? Or because so many years ago Erik (ja, Max) was held back from stabilizing the power dynamic between the superiorly evolved and everyone else.. perhaps there is no definitive single answer? hmm.

Very sad. Great movie, never a dull moment. Great into to his daughter too, fantastisch.
