Taking photos of the actual trail itself is my favorite, so I'm absolutely jumping on the train.

A single track dirt trail through wildflowers leading to an alpine lake surrounded by mountains with plenty of snow still in their gullies.

@dvewlsh I feel you on my dog being my main model, but the nice thing about mostly hiking alone is I get so many pure scenery photos! My partner also has a low photo threshold so I really save up photos of him for the prime spots lolol
