"Those damned magarats are everywhere!"
She saw another when a blur of pink lashed out and snagged the magarat. Sssindy picked it up, squealing & struggling, and tossed it back like a piece of candy. A bulge moved down her throat to her stomach.
"The tassste isss a little bitter," Sssindy said. "But itsss not a bad sssnack."
"The Zoological Sanctuary will pay you for every one you eat!" Lusa said, rubbing her hands.
