We took Rumble to the emergency vet last night because he yelped and had an issue with his eye (turned out to be a scratched cornea, which isn’t serious). We were triaged with a low priority problem so we ended up spending about 5 hrs at the vet, most of it waiting. @consumablejoy a healthy pet companion can be a critical difference for a human. you did the right thing. I hope everybody's fur friends remain in good health.
@sarahatlee This was my most depressing trip that that emergency vet ever honestly although not my first time there. So much suffering of innocent fur babies and never more awareness of the financial burdens of pet ownership
