@dtauvdiodr here's the current state. This is the final body with some of the electronics fitted. But still quite a bit to do, including painting it the right shade of sickly white green.

Laying out the electronics. Largely the same ones used in the original prop (except they used a power bank, I'm using a battery and buck), but my layout will be different.

Here's my work around for 3D printing the dial but not printing the entire thing. In the center is a cheap plastic metallicized knob. This makes the top surface nice and shiny and metal looking while still recreating the original Nagra knob.
Still needs to have the nub added, but that's trivial.
Also, I cleaned up the messy black dot.
It's not a prefect match but very close. So I'm going with Roboto (standard, condensed, and mono) plus a faked Empty set character.

#Severance #WoeMeter Thes eare the steppers, the same used on the original prop. They're the type of stepper motor that's used in automobile instrument clusters.
I decided to make my own needles because OEM ones are very expensive, but I'm considering buying so anyway because of how good the real ones look. Also considering cutting some from acrylic and then painting the top red to see if that looks the same.
(re-port, to make public)
Got the right sized 7 segment LEDs for the #Severance #WoeMeter build. Here's a test to make sure the smoked acrylic looks right with them. I think so.
They're little voltage meters end to end, hence the two decimals.
Reposting because somehow this got marked private.
