Mary watched angrily while I grilled the steaks.
"How do you like your steak?" I asked. She just looked at me.
I served up rare steaks for us and set one before her on a platter with a knife and fork. She watched me curiously as I cut off a piece of steak and popped it into my mouth. She tried picking up the knife and fork.
"Careful! That's sharp!" I said. I walked around behind her and helped her cut off a small piece of steak. She took a bite and then smiled.
"Okay. I #forgive you."
