is the large cheese aging room, Oakdale Cheese & Specialties, California. A family business, they've been making their cheese - mostly gouda - for four generations. We like to stop in when we're in the area.

I guess I have tasty food on my mind since it's Pi Day. :)

In a lagre open room, there are many wooden shelves that go from floor to ceiling, most of which have many cheese wheels on them.

@croyle Oooh artisan cheese. I miss that about California. It was quite a shock when I moved away to states that consider American cheese real cheese lol

@croyle I've done so many road trips -my favorite thing to do really- but never a tour of dairies to explore cheeses. I feel strongly I must do this as soon as possible!
