is the Dumbarton Railroad Bridge (not to be confused with what Bay Area folks call the Dumbarton Bridge which is close by) in the southern end of the San Francisco Bay. Here the swing portion of the bridge is open to allow shipping to pass, as the western span of the bridge is gone and it's currently not used by trains.
