“The Peppers of GreenScallion” by Myung-hoon Bae is an interesting story about cross-border friendship. Except it falls very short in explaining the food economy of its remote planet (saying “nothing grows there” but colonization is nonetheless a massive topic??) and it is somehow crazily obsessed with meat. #Clarkesworld
