today I learned that you can adjust the speed on your kitchenaid. We have had this kitchenaid for over 25 years and the "stir" speed being too high has been bugging me for at least 20 of them but I didn't know it was a fixable thing. this is so much better! youtube.com/watch?v=bM3t46afGc
