The playground right below the screen has one of those metal spinny merry-go-round things that we used to use as a kid-centrifuge, back in the '70s and '80s.

There are currently about 13 little kids on it, and a couple of junior jigh kids pushing it to see how fast it will go. It warms my cold heart to see it.

It's up to at least 20 kids at this point. The centrifugal affect is kicking in and they keep falling off and then running around and catching it on the next spin.

A small girl in a bright pink shirt just ran past me, shrieking, "LET'S ALL GO ON THE MERRY-GO-ROUND!!!" with more intensity than Arnold used when shouting, "GET TO THE CHOPPAH!!!"

I am pretty sure that every human under the age of 13 at this drive-in is on or around that merry-go-round, right now.

It's pretty dark, now, and all the parents are collecting their kids to take them back to their respective vehicles. That was just about the best pre-show I've ever witnessed.

Greetings to everyone on the US Airways (I think?) flight that just coasted overhead on its way to land at the Indianapolis airport. I could see at least two of you looking out the windows...
