Beef bibimbap at Ki Ko Yo in Flagstaff for lunch today. The custard egg is a little odd, but overall this was very good, especially the mushrooms. But the revelation was the bonchon. I'm used to getting six to eight dishes, with maybe one of them nice and the others phoning it in. Ki Ko Yo gave me only cucumbers, tofu, and kimchee, but each one was made with care and worth eating all of. (I would usually go for none of these.) #food #mastodine
