I went back to Fork and Fig for dinner on Tuesday, for this wild boar sausage pasta with nasturtium microgreens and hazelnuts. This wasn't quite as transcendent as the enchiladas but I wasn't unhappy.

(As an aside, I think both fine restaurants I ate at in ABQ have the same microgreens supplier, and they could stand to harvest a day later.)
