Update one week after my surgery.

Yesterday, I was able to switch from crutches to a cane in my apartment. It’s a game changer for moving faster and carrying some stuff!

Today was my first time out of my apartment to have lunch with my daughter. Taking an Uber to go and walking a part for the return. For now, I did 650 meters and keep going…

We need to enjoy our small victories :-)

Despite healing well, I am taking it easy. It still feels weird on the ribs and I’m always doing hard stuff way too early. Not this time. An easy #family ride to the #sea and back…🤷🏻‍♂️

Pour l'occasion, j'ai pris avec moi Bikepunk de @ploum : j'avais gardé la lecture du dernier chapitre pour cette sortie 🙂

Sinon, ça s'est bien passé. Les routes et chemins étaient jolis et variés.

Par contre, je suis rincé comme jamais. Je ne pense pas avoir déjà fourni un tel effort de ma vie…

After a month of #BrokenRib, I’ve had enough resting. At least I think so.

Went for a #bicycle ride for the first time. There has been no discomfort, maybe during a dismount when I touched ground with the left leg it pulled a tiny bit.
