I know cinnamon black tea is supposed to be a winter thing, but I will drink it all year with no shame. Cinnamon in black tea is delicious.

@michaelmagras Back in the UK in the early nineties I worked in an office where mid-morning, tea-ladies would wheel a trolley around with big urns of tea and you’d each get a cup. And I think one or two biscuits too.
It's 10:45 AM in the Eastern US. My family and I just had our mid-morning tea and light snack, which, devoted Anglophiles that we are, we have always referred to as elevenses. I just read that, In Australia and New Zealand (side note: I'm reading Jacinda Ardern's excellent memoir), "morning tea" is often codified into workplace agreements. Today’s reminder is to spend some time with nature! Because it’s a great way to get a break in, and the plants get some nice CO2 to boot! So whether you hang out with your houseplants while you bake or have a picnic at a local park, I hope it’s a lovely and green-tinted time! 
Today’s tea is Assam milk tea, just what I want to start the day comfy! What are you brewing up? 
Trying something new this "morning": putting 2 teabags into the pot instead of just 1. Maybe that'll be enough caffeine to get me going, without me having to just switch to coffee instead.
Yunnan black tea is always a good way to get Saturday off to a rolling start. According to the scribbling on the label this is "J.m Sun Black 202n" and I know it is from Farmer Leaf. Patrick's handwriting is sometimes hard to decipher. I think this is, "Autumn 2022 JingMai Gushu Sun Dried Black Tea".

Watching The Hunt for Red October with a first-timer and I never realized how important coffee and tea are in this movie. Not just showing it, like, a lot of words in the script are dedicated to the provisioning and acknowledgement of coffee and/tea.

Últimamente veo cómo el autodiagnóstico de autismo se ha vuelto una tendencia en redes, sobre todo en tik tok e Instagram. Aunque visibilizar el TEA puede ser positivo, también está generando un problema real, y los que más sufren son los niños y adolescentes autistas, especialmente en países donde el estigma y la desinformación ya es fuerte.
Cuando todo el mundo se etiqueta sin diagnóstico, se diluye lo que realmente significa ser autista. Los colegios y profesionales se vuelven más escépticos, y los niños que sí necesitan apoyo dejan de ser tomados en serio.
No se trata de invalidar experiencias. Pero el autismo no es estética, ni un rasgo de personalidad. Es una condición que requiere comprensión, diagnóstico profesional y apoyo genuino.
