Yemen's Houthi government has indicated that of the sites US war planes bombed one was Cancer Center and another was the pharmacy wing of a major hospital.

Both obvious war crimes.

Striking these cites cause a tremendous civilian deaths while also depriving the community of important resources.

These strikes are likely in response to threats from the Houthis' to resume the full force of their shipping blockade of Israel.

📢 Yemen Armed Forces will not scale back its operations against Israeli shipping in the #redsea in response to #US military pressure or appeals from allies such as Iran, the Foreign Minister in the Sanaa-based government, Jamal Amer, told Reuters on Monday.

His remarks came after the US launched an aggression with a series of strikes on Yemeni territory.

Even though there was high ice cover over all the Great Lakes this winter, it was effectively just a short blip. Most of the 2025 Great Lakes have been well below average both before and after mid-February. As a result, the St. Lawrence seaway is opening early. The Soo locks Lake Superior-Huron is opening this Fri Mar 21, and the Welland Canal the next day with the top-hat ceremony, along with Montreal-Lake Ontario. 🚢
