Burnout Cat<p>Solid Sunday run today</p><p>5.7km because <a href="https://toot.cat/tags/Garmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Garmin</span></a> 10k plan suggested a structured workout and it turned out to be good</p><p>10’ warm up<br>1.5 miles / 2.4 km easy run<br>0.5 mile / 800m all out<br>10’ cool down</p><p>It’s interesting because my cool down pace after the all out is pretty much the same pace of the easy run and it felt like something relaxing. I’m sure there is some interval training science there.</p><p>Fun experiment.
