Genevieve Williams<p>Kept a promise to myself and picked up <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/kettlebell" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>kettlebell</span></a> again this morning. It&#39;s been awhile and I need to refamiliarize myself with the body mechanics involved, so right now I&#39;m using light hand weights--just enough to give me something to work with wrt movement and posture. Pretty soon I&#39;ll move up to the actual bells.</p>
