Fortunately, <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/OpenStreetMap" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenStreetMap</span></a> came to the rescue: export the route GPX from Strava on the web, import into <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/OsmAnd" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OsmAnd</span></a>, and voila! Turn by turn audio navigation in my Shokz.
