killick<p>I am concerned and disappointed about the lack of butterflies in the garden at Butler's Orchard today. I saw only two Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (pictured on Cosmos), a single Sulfur, a single Skipper, and 5 cabbage whites. Zero Monarchs. There was also one large, black butterfly, but it disappeared into the trees before I could get a photo or an ID. Maybe a Mourning Cloak? (I saw only one Spotted Lantern Fly.) Now, just maybe it was because the Zinnia weren't at their peak, but I have seen fewer butterflies, year after year.
