Unvorstellbar, oder? </p><p>Wenige Verfahren werden öffentlich so emotional diskutiert und gleichzeitig so wenig verstanden wie „HKÜ“-Verfahren (HKÜ = Haager Kindesentführungsübereinkommen). </p><p>Das HKÜ greift, wenn ein Elternteil ein gemeinsames Kind ohne Zustimmung des anderen ins Ausland schafft oder es dort zurückhält. </p><p>Wenn das Sorgerecht eines Elternteils derart verletzt ist, kann eine Rückführung bis zur Klärung der Angelegenheit angeordnet werden. Oft sucht dann ausgerechnet der entführende Elternteil Hilfe bei der Presse. Die springt gern auf die sehr emotionalen Szenen an, die sich dann abspielen und ergreift oft Partei - für den entführenden Elternteil. So geht unter, wer im Unrecht ist und was das für das Kind und für den zweiten Elternteil bedeutet. </p><p>In Episode 9 unseres Video-Podcast "Samt vs. Seide" versuchen Steffi Beyrich, der <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@Orkan_der_rechtspflege" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>Orkan_der_rechtspflege</span></a></span> und ich, die Dinge ein bisschen zu ordnen.
