Latest batch of #GlutenFree bread.
I haven’t baked since mid-June, thanks to a trapped nerve. And it’s been very warm here, haven’t felt like baking.
After the last time I ordered pizza from a previously safe gluten free place, I had a reaction which suggested cross contamination- not good. Fortunately a GF baking place I use sell a pizza base mix. Which is easy to make & also a sourdough-style. Happy with the end result, even if it means I can’t have quick “Oh, I’ll just order in” pizza any more #GlutenFree #Food #Cooking

C'est souvent cher, mais si vous avez les moyens, la clé reste de passer de grosses commandes une fois tous les deux ou trois mois. Ça fait des réserves (l'épicerie sèche, ça risque rien) et ça permet d'avoir tout ce qu'on veut à portée de main !

Vegan, gluten free banana blueberry muffins. In some other timeline I definitely run a café.
I tried a piece of vegan fudge for the first time today. I had no idea such a thing existed.
It was decadent and delicious. I highly recommend it to vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free friends here.
(No, I am not being paid to say this. 
I don’t do those sorts of posts. It’s simply exciting to find fudge I can actually eat because it has never happened before!)
I ran out of lasagne sheets, so I sprinkled some cheese on a tray, sliced some courgette thinly and made an overlapping layer, then added more cheese and baked in a hot oven for 30 mins. They can also be used as a wrap for other foods like chilli or Mediterranean chicken salad.
These gluten free Chips Ahoy are my kryptonite.
If you are after a decent #GlutenFree burger my wife says these are very nice !

This is gluten-free, and doesn't taste like the GF garbage typically found in grocery stores. She has celiac disease, and was a professional baker at one point, and took it upon herself to make recipes that people actually want to eat. I regularly take her experiments to work, and no one can tell the difference.
She's making a cookbook, plans on putting videos on PeerTube, streaming some baking on Owncast/PeerTube, and a ko-fi page is currently under construction.
Manini's gluten-free cheese ravioli is a gift. Too many gluten-free foods are god-awful. This one is fantastic. Tip: defrost in fridge before cooking.
