The clerk at ALDI asked if my accent was #Canadian. I said yes 🙄 🇨🇦. Actually, I said, “I’ll take that, but I’m #American” When I lived in #Alaska and traveled abroad, I would always say I was from Alaska. Avoided many conversations I didn’t want to have. To be fair, I haven’t been asked where I’m from in a long time, but I’m reminded that I’m still a #BlowIn.

Brand New's The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me is such a great album. I come back to it every now and then and then play it on repeat until the bits are scratched up, only to repeat it again sometime later.
It's time I check out their other albums too though, something I've somehow never gotten around to. Odd how that goes.
