Now, apropos of my last toot, I haven't abandoned DriveThruRPG. Everything there is on sale as well. But their cut is MUCH larger, so you're not going to get things as cheaply there. I'm a one-man band, so that makes a big difference. This is why a lot of my newer stuff hasn't even made it over to DriveThru yet. But my back catalog is easier to buy piecemeal there.
It's Black Friday, time to shill some of my creative work in the tabletop RPG sphere...
Excepting free games and a bundle of OSR stuff (which I dropped from $8 to $4), all my for-pay stuff on itch is $1 for Black Friday. This includes several of my bestselling OSR supplements & my more recent more experimental games. Spread the word, please!
This also lets me finish my own entry, a bottlepunk Forged in the Dark game. :) #Echoes2k19B
Fun fact: you can't name any file anywhere in windows 10 "aux.txt" or "aux" anything with any extension, because it was a reserved name in CP/M before dos was a thing.
If you commit "aux.txt" to a git repo, you break it for windows users. If you distribute "aux.txt" in a zip file, windows computers cannot extract it without error.
I don’t think people understand I’m talking shit about them when I say that’s a quality stackoverflow style response #coding
Ugh, it's been forever since I've been on here, and I'm here to promote something like a scumbag. :)
But in any case, in case you're interested, I'm running a TTRPG game jam, Echoes of 2019-B.
