I was debating the pros/cons of SPED vs LFM vs two-photon in my dreams last night.

I need a life. I actually distinctly remember my dream self saying that while I dreamed about microscopes.
(yes I know these are also v different and not exactly comparable but I was debating the directions my project could go)
