@qwertystop@vollink I was pleasantly surprised, a few years ago, to find ASMR was the modern 'official' name for what I'd trained myself to experience 45 years ago.
That training allows me to feel ASMR at will, more or less continually if I choose, even while chatting or doing other things. (I rarely choose nowadays.)
The question is... what had you inferred from decontextualized social-media uses of the term?😏
