Didn't sleep well tonight, probably as a lingering effect of jetlag. But I have coffee and some morning company, so all is well. Going for a run soon, and after that some #aikido practice. Got to use my body to get tired for the next night. What is your best jetlag remedies?

And melatonin: there are good-quality controlled trials showing it helps.
@tslumley have some melatonin from that we brought home from the US, but not allowed to buy without visiting a doctor in Sweden.

@krumbukt I take a couple days for myself when I get back. That way I can get back on track home, where I'm familiar with everything. Depending on the time difference, I'll force myself to either sleep earlier or later by a few hours until I'm normal again
