I'm starting section N next time I pick it up. My two colors have sorta blended in an unexpected way. But I think I like it.

Do I start a book today knowing its due back to the library on Thursday and will mostly likely not finish it in time? (then have to wait for it to come off hold again) Or do I skip it entirely and read the next book on my list? #reading #toughdecisions

I really value where I work. It's wonderful.

Taking longer than predicted on a project, I finally felt I was ready to get the first chunk reviewed. I just needed to shim in some data. Turned out it wasn't a small change and drastically affected all my work.

It was gonna add time to an already delayed project.

I told my manager, fretting terribly. He shrugged and told me not to worry about it. I'm still learning and hopefully it's a lesson I only needed to learn once. I ❤️ my manager

Wrote out and tweaked my tech talk last weekend. Finally got around to test recording and timing it today. I'm ~5 min over my time limit... 😖 Time to start hacking away at pieces... Or just talk faster...? 😅
