I slept almost completely through the night! Except one brief moment of waking up to cough up a lung and drink some water, and it took 6mg of melatonin, but I slept. (And I haven't slept more than 3 hours at a stretch in about two and a half days at the very least, so I probably needed the help to reset.)
I got up, showered, washed my hair, washed my face, put on fresh clothes. Felt woozy and tired after, but I'm eating breakfast and finally feeling human.
