During lunch I finished Tess of the Road, by Rachel Hartman. I loved it. It’s a great #ya #fantasy.
Tess has always been the “wicked” child. However, she’s spent the last several years making sure her sister marries well. At the wedding she finally snaps and runs away before her parents can choose her fate. While traveling Tess learns a lot about herself, her society, and her friends/family.
