Juliefaithmcmurrayart<p>A Pomeranian + A Husky = A Pomsky. This Pomsky is called Shelley and we get her from a rescue after the poor girl was made to breed puppies for at least 3 years. She is 4 years old and has become part of our family. The first picture is my friend’s Pomeranian who loves everyone that loves her. She is the sweetest little girl. The second dog is Kiah my 13 year old husky. The third picture is Shelley a 4 year old Pomsky.</p>

The rainy season that starts in October has yet to start. The rivers normally full are dry. People can’t get out of their homes and can’t get home. The connection with the outside world for the natives of the land is cut off till the rain arrives.</p>

Juliefaithmcmurrayart<p>Migraines are so much worse when I have a horrible cough that goes on all night and day. But I might be slowly on the mend. Although my head, neck and sinuses are in incredible pain. :-(</p>

Hi All, today I’ll be in The Gregson Centre bar from 7pm to talk about my art exhibit and show the materials I use to create my art. Please come along. <br />There will also be live music on the other side of the bar and a lovely outdoor garden. <br />The exhibition runs till end of July at the Gregson Centre</p>

Juliefaithmcmurrayart<p>It’s been a while, after flu, then the Nora-virus then was in A&E. I have been busy recovering and had a friend come and stay for 10 days. My Huskies loved her and have been sulking and acting up a bit the last few days since she left.</p>
Juliefaithmcmurrayart<p>Have finally got over flu, but not over the chaos of adrenal insufficiency and the coming back down to baseline steroids. It always takes about a week or two sleeping all the time, headaches, adrenal insufficiency symptoms until I’m back on 20mg of Hydrocortisone. Secondary Addisons disease is a hidden illness that can kill with ease. A bit like diabetes if not maintained. When sick you have to double and or triple meds to fight illnesses. Then come down. I always find it the hardest part.</p>

Juliefaithmcmurrayart<p>We walked from Denny Beck in to Bull Beck and back again in lancaster, Lancashire. That was around 15,000 steps. It was around 10 degrees Celsius so the huskies were very happy. We had around 15-20 huskies<br />3 of which were puppies. I can safely say at the end of the walk there were very tired hyper and happy huskies. At Bull Beck it was lovely to stop for drink and food. The walk follows the river lune which was fast flowing and also a small self contained eco housing complex.</p>

I got Covid in March 2020 then in April 2021 before I was eligible for the vaccine, then in Oct 2021 a few days after having the vaccine, then got Flu over Christmas and new years. Now trying to recover from Covid and Flu and have a chest infection.
