It's prep week 3 now and it's all about figuring out your goals for the tour. It doesn't have to be a "I want to spin 2 pounds" thing, I find @OldBrushNewPaper has some great thoughts about goals this week.
I am spinning for 2 projects this year and I'm going to do a test spin now 😊
