These are usually signs that you don't want to work there. An interview works two ways; you are seeing whether they're worthy of employing you.
Even worse, the favorite question of a local not-for-profit hospital director: "If you could be any non-human animal, which would you choose?"
If a question doesn't help an interviewer determine whether or not you can implement the job description, it should be left out.
