Mastodon, can we play a game?
You describe an animal badly, and I draw exactly what you described.
(Do not tell me what the animal is. I will not try to guess. Please tell me AFTER I finish the drawing.)
Attached is a blue whale as my 6yo son described it. Want more? Reply with a description of your own!
This might be the first year all of them loved their costumes, wore their costumes, and looked amazing. Enjoy:

Today's lunch box loot drop
(The previous one was "Inside the chest you find... Another chest")
Two! Ah ah ah!
If anybody needs a dark colored phone background, here you go. A digital doodle.

Passed up this beauty at a flea market today (Pittsburgh area). Hope it finds a good home.

Pulled out an unfinished knitting project from years ago and discovered this sweet cable pattern on the sleeve! Only problem now is reproducing it since I've lost the pattern 😬
Another digital drawing

Trying some digital illustration. Scribbled, smudged, and turned it into this, which I love but never would have been able to design if I intended it 😂
The kid likes notes in his lunch, but it's hard to be creative. I've started making them in the form of rpg loot. One was a potion for something, the next was a diamond banana. Tomorrow's (below) is an amulet that makes everything taste like cheese 🧀
Bonus, I'm using up some old outdated business cards!
Gonna count this as the first of #inktober
My toddler daughter demanded I knitting her something. Her only requirement is that it be pink.
I found a pattern for a cabled hat with earflaps, and had to do a bunch of math to convert it to a gauge that works for the yarn she chose. I love cables but it's one of those patterns where the stitches get SO tight. I'm knitting fast because I want this to be over so I can go back to my nice cozy shawl.
I've been knitting.

I learned today that the Carnegie library in Pittsburgh has a zine collection! Spent the morning browsing it. I think of zines as a 90s thing but most of these were from the early 2000s. I wonder if there was a resurgence at the time, a reaction to how everything was digitizing so fast.
