Achiote smoked pork osso buco with green chili and Tillamook cheddar polenta, carrots, asparagus, and cabbage at Josephine's for my first meal in Flagstaff last night. This was absolutley amazing, and also the fastest fine meal I've ever had. Sure they're cooking these things all day, but I've had slower service at Culver's. As a one-top, at the end of a driving day, nothing wrong with being in and out in fifteen minutes. #food #mastodine
