We *JUST* had a client that was archiving every toot and letting people full-text search them. It isn't hard. People are going to toot things thinking it is safe, and it will come back to bite them.

Today I'm going to watch back videos of Mary Robinette Kowal's writing workshops (Patreon supporter thing, check them out!)
This means I get to sit and spin and hear about pacing and characterization and then work on my own fiction instead of going out in the ice.

Today opens with a discussion on the bird site about what kind of skate grind is optimal for a fight.
Apparently I know things about how skates are ground, now? I love being a writer and a knowledge sponge sometimes.
FWIW, I'm advocating for hockey skates being preferable to figure or speed skates for the purposes of fighting, if those are your only options.
Feeling much better today, but not leaving the house. Much prefer to watch Mary Robinette Kowal go over proofs and learn from watching. (Patreon backer thing).
Now to write my own stories, because that seems like more fun than going out in the sleet.
