'Muneera and the Moon' is my sapphic, asexual love story inspired by Palestinian folklore, particularly folk religion and djinn!

I've also been illustrating it myself! :D

@SoniaSulaiman What a lovely story! And that illustration is amazing.

BTW, I thought that "sapphic" specifically implied sexual attraction to women? Maybe the term has changed, tho. IDK, I'm old. lgbtqia.fandom.com/wiki/Sapphi

@nroshak It can include romantic and/or queerplatonic attraction too!

And, in this case, Muneera is attracted to her partner sexually as well as romantically but they are in a queerplatonic relationship together.
