That's weird. I upgraded to the new version of last week, and ever since I can't suspend my system. It's like the feature just vanished, although the suspend *button* is still there.

Nothing else seems to be wrong anywhere else that I can see.


@Nezchan @ubuntumate Ubuntu has had a tradition of breaking and then fixing suspend to RAM in alternating releases for the last 15 years.


It hasn't affected me before, so it's kind of a new experience.


Does Ubuntu-MATE use Wayland by default? I've never tinkered with window managers, so I have no clue.

I do have an nVidia card, so that part checks out.
