I just won the meta-game boss battle.
My parents forbade me, as a child, to play D&D because it was "satanic". I just GM'd an #RPG game for them, and they loved it.
@Canageek It's one of my favorite EPG settings. Also Infomorph is on here (though I don't believe he uses this service much).
@Canageek
I'm a big fan of it actually. Creative commons FTW. I was actually just lamenting my inability to run a GURPS Transhuman Space and mentioning that Eclipse Phase and Nova Praxis are about the only way I can scratch that itch with my gaming group :P
Hmmm, I need a logo for this account, something like the old #tfe logo https://twitter.com/MassTwitFic Anyone have suggestions?
Basically, everyone tweets in character with one person (or small team) directing things and providing prompts to keep things moving when tweets or toots fall off.
Mass twitter fiction started back in 2008 with War of the Worlds 2.0, when everyone tweeted as if an actual martial attack were happening on Halloween. There was even some stuff on Identi.ca , one of Mastodon's ancestors. Heck, I joined twitter for it. A couple of the participants made our own version with various events and kept it going for a while under the name MassTwitterFictionEvent ( #mtfe) https://twitter.com/MassTwitFic up until 2012 or so.
Thinking of running a collaborative microfiction event here. Would anyone mind? Would be in the style of http://askawizard.blogspot.ca/2008/10/war-of-worlds-20.html , https://twitter.com/MassTwitFic , https://twitter.com/MTFHorror , and https://twitter.com/SF_TwitFic
Set up this account for a possible #MassFictionEvent on mastodon.
