@DialMforMara I live there and I like it a lot. There’s a lot of fun stuff, and also convenient grocery and pharmacy access. Expensive though.
@DialMforMara #Northgate here. Can't tell you much other than that it looks pretty at a distance and seems more walkable, but I can't speak as a resident.
