i think Neuromancer is the... thing i read that affected me most out of this calendar year.
last year, 2016, it was Homestuck. as silly as that might sound, it got me though some tough times and smashed some stuff i previously held as invariant.
this year, it's Neuromancer, i think. it just _clicked_. i'd already been thinking along lines that Gibson went down, and as soon as i picked neuromancer up, i fell in.
