@mirabilis Minuses: It makes me worry about my weight, and whether I actually need to lose weight, and whether the extent to which I'm following the diet is sufficient. It makes me feel bad and start rationalizing when I eat something I like.
Pluses: I've learned that high-protein breakfasts give me more energy than toast or cereal, and I've become more aware of when I'm full.
