Hey all, time for #Introductions.

Everyone calls me Ceej. I like bees and would like to do urban beekeeping one day. I have a dog who looks like she's part hippo...I love her very much.

I write sporadically, mostly fantasy, and will be starting a Pathfinder actual play podcast soon.

I'm so pleased the Wandering Coffee Shop was stopped on the interstate this morning. Seems like a great place to get some work done, even if the wifi seems to cut out sometimes. ☕️ One Hot Chocolate, please.

Been a while, Shop!

WE RECORDED THE FIRST TWO SESSIONS OF MY PATHFINDER CAMPAIGN.

I edited the first one down to 3 episodes, cleaned up the audio a bit, and I have a friend who is working on adding music, sound, etc. to see if that work load is manageable and we can do it regularly. I'll be editing the second session this week.

Editing audio is time consuming and tiring. But Omigosh you guys its finally happening!

I used to write this story with some friends in High School. We always wanted to keep working on it and get it published or turn it into a web comic or something. We keep trying to make it happen.

I've come to the realization that I just hate it. I despise this story and narrative so much and I never want to touch it or interact with it ever.

It gives me so much joy to see Nerine, my dear Nerine, now wielding a pulse rifle and kicking ass against boarders, keeping David safe.

And Agameg, doing so much deadly work, leading his little army. HELLZ YEAH.

I didn't understand this exchange between Jason and Oz in Broadcast 6. Now I do! Jason suspects Oz has a crush on Larry!

I am so into it. Minh with Ashley, Larry with Oz. I ship it, its perfect.

Ashley locks eyes with Mihn and suddenly *Heart Eyes*

Fuck yes. I ship this so hard.

The book keeps confusing Jacob Valance and Jonas Valent and I know why but it screams that perhaps Lalonde didn't have a very good editor. Other things indicate this as well...repeitions of words too close together, stuff like that.

Its not too bothersome but as a literature major it does pull me out of the narrative sometime.

Jake plays Assasin Creed with Regent Galactic soldiers and just blazes through all of them. One man army. I'm loving it!

When that character came on and was like 'Hi, I'm from Dementia, we're here to help.' I just like cheered in the breakroom where I was reading the book on my phone: "LEWIS! YESSS!"

I also cried a little. I'm so happy he made it, so happy he broke free. He did it. Fuck yeah!

The chapter title Captain Ashley Lamport just fills me with so much glee.

Reading Broadcast 0 might be a good start, actually, but also, if you want to entirely wreck yourself,

Read Broadcast 1, 2, and part of three, stop before reading the chapter "Domino Effect," read Broadcast 0, then go back to reading Broadcast 3 and cry.

Cry for days. Read through your tears, its fine.

Terry Ozark McPatrick, former Security Officer of the Sunspire, former First Officer of the First Light, now Captain of the Sunspire, is gay (and amazing)

Stephanie Vega, former lead Boarding Specialist of the bounty hunter ship Samson, now First Officer of the Triton, is Bi (And also amazing)

Broadcast 0 dealt with humans and corporations, I really like the focus Broadcast 1 and 2 bring to the alien species in the galaxy.

Agameg is the best, is what I'm saying. The best.

So many things being juggled by this plot. I can't remember how the plot with the edxi pods works out. I think its actually a trap for Alice? Do Alice and Jake ever actually meet again?

I remember so little. Its nice to re-read books I read some time ago and have mostly forgotten.
